Super-size me NOT - part 2

Saw this today on Foxnews.com.  I like visuals.  The sugar in front of the different cups is good. 
Really, that's alot of sugar.

Water, water, water.  Use lemon or lime slices. Put a mint leaf in it.  There are lots of things you can do to mix it up but drink your water people!

What is your go to drink for the day?  Are you trying to cut out/down on soda??
