What Scares You Most??

Maybe "scares" is a strong word.  What keeps you from be the healthy person you need/want to be?  What is stopping you from eating well & exercising?  I know for me when I was at my heaviest NON pregnancy weight I just didn't think I could do it.  I didn't know how to cook healthier.  "Hamburger Helper" was my FRIEND!!  Really!!  I LOVED cheese (still do but in a non-dairy form), ice cream, LOTS of bread.  Oh I could go on.

    Great post. I think we have to do the changes by choice or by force. I did 30ish pounds by choice. NOW I am doing the rest by force. It takes so long for the health issues to crop up I think we head into denial about the long term impact of what we toss into our mouth, and how much of it. It certainly is an evolutionary process-my eating habits continue to evolve and change, now even more so to help my body fight cancer even before I start the medications. Food is fuel, a healer, and way to live a healthy life. Not something to soothe, not our friend, not the solution to a bad day.
